I am the founder and technical director of LETSCOM International Ltd., specializing in satellite communication system design, ground station integration, and RF signal processing. With over 25 years of experience in amateur satellite telemetry, I have led various projects in multi-channel RF systems and data exchange platforms for both government and industry applications.
I serve as Chairman of the Chinese Taipei Amateur Radio League (CTARL) and as Taiwan’s national representative to the International Amateur Radio Union (IARU). I am also an FCC-certified Amateur Radio Examination Coordinator, supporting amateur radio education and licensing in Asia.
In addition to my work in industry and amateur radio, I am involved in education and training. I currently teach at the Institute of Aerospace Engineering at National Taipei University of Technology (NTUT), focusing on satellite communication systems and RF integration.
I have joined and currently lead the PARUS Amateur Radio CubeSat Program, promoting international collaboration in amateur satellite communications and advancing innovative space-based RF technologies.

The PARUS Series represents Taiwan’s effort to advance amateur radio in space through innovative CubeSat missions supporting global ham radio communication, education, and signal experimentation. This presentation introduces the current status of PARUS-T1, which is actively operating in orbit, shares insights from mission data, and previews the upcoming PARUS-T2 launch in July 2025. Attendees will learn how to engage through signal reception, telemetry analysis, and international ground station collaboration.
