This talk is especially for non-German HAM instructors: The German regulation authorities introduce this year a new Entry Level License (ELL) according to CEPT ECC 89 recommendation. The Deutscher Amateur-Radio-Club (DARC) was heavily involved in the concept of the new license class and created the exam question pool. This shows several insights into this process. Furthermore, in this talk a new education system is introduced. The new training platform 50ohm.de is intended to support interested people in preparing for exams for the various amateur radio classes in Germany. This platform is being developed to support all different learning styles.
